Divya Alter is an Ayurvedic chef, educator, and author trained in the Shaka Vansiya Ayurveda tradition, with more than three decades devoted to healing through food. She is co-founder of Bhagavat Life, a culinary school offering North America's first Ayurvedic chef certification, and chef-owner of Divya's Kitchen, her acclaimed plant-based restaurant in New York City.
