Dr. Nancy K. Lonsdorf
Integrative physician & Ayurvedic specialist, author, speaker & educator
Dr. Nancy K. Lonsdorf is an integrative physician, author, and educator specializing in Ayurveda, women's health, and the prevention and reversal of cognitive decline. A graduate of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine with residency training at Stanford, she has practiced Ayurveda and integrative medicine since 1987 and authored several books, including The Ageless Woman and A Woman's Best Medicine. She has taught Ayurvedic medicine to physicians at institutions such as the Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine and the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
