Dr. Sumit Ashok Kesarkar

Dr. Sumit Ashok Kesarkar (BAMS, PhD) is an Ayurvedic physician, author, and research scientist, and the founder of the National Library of Ayurveda Medicine, a searchable online repository of classical Ayurvedic formulations and study materials. With a cross-disciplinary PhD in botanical taxonomy, he has spent more than two decades traveling the Himalayas to source rare herbs and support the conservation of medicinal plants and local health traditions. His research works to decode and apply the Vedic sciences for modern use.
