Jayagopal Parla

Jayagopal Parla (BAMS, MAOM, CMT) is an internationally recognized educator and practitioner of Ayurvedic medicine who holds a BAMS from Bangalore University, a master's in Ayurvedic herbal medicine, and a master's in acupuncture and Oriental medicine. He is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Ayurveda at the American University of Complementary Medicine, visiting faculty at Ayurveda schools internationally, and founder-director of the Athreya Ayurvedic Integrative Health Center in Long Beach, California. His expertise spans pain management, chronic conditions, digestive and women's health, and rejuvenation therapies.
