Jonah Kest

Jonah Kest is an internationally traveled vinyasa and ashtanga yoga teacher who began training at seventeen, raised within a family of Midwestern vinyasa pioneers. Known for classes that are both graceful and intense, he leads workshops, trainings, and retreats around the world with the intention of cultivating loving-kindness. He shares accessible tutorials and practice with a wide community of students.
